PCMH Level 3 renewal!

Exciting new for the Sea Mar Marysville Family Medicine Residency today! We received word of our National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) audit results.  The final score was 95.87 out of 100 points for our Patient-Centered Medical Home survey.  This score renews our level 3 recognition, which is the highest level of Patient-Centered Medical Home recognition that a site can receive from NCQA.

This score was given due to the high quality patient-centered care we provide on a daily basis. It would not have been possible to achieve this top level of recognition without our dedicated service and excellent clinic team. We owe this recognition to all of our staff members for their commitment to providing coordinated, comprehensive, patient-oriented care.

This recognition is valid until 8/3/2019.
